Have had our regular biannual service performed by Jack Lehr for 15 years. Everything is working well and properly maintained. Service staff is great and easy to communicate with. Techs have always been knowledgeable and informative. Recently had Heebee as our Service Tech, he was punctual, thorough, knowledgeable and informative. Thank you Jack Lehr, keep up good work.
Recently moved from a house with pure electric to one with a heat pump system. Have since moving here had to get help from this company. VERY satisfied/impressed! Manny was here twice, once to check out the system when we first moved in, and today to change out filters and check the system. if I ran a company in this line of work, I couldn't imagine having a better service representative than Manny. On time, knowledgeable, easy to have in home.
