Jack Lehr was very responsive to schedule an A/C repair service. Manny (the technician) showed up on time - very courteous, personable, great communication and very thorough. Manny found the fault very quickly and took the time to explain the repair and the charge. Informative as to the overall system functions and made a few suggestions to how better use the system. Also performed our routine service while here - which was scheduled to occur in about a month. Cleaned up the work area and even turned out the lights! However, I was disappointed the condensator pump had failed after only 7 seasons with regular routine maintenance and how expensive the replacement pump was.
On a hot sweltering day recently, Jack Lehr technician Dane came to diagnose and fix our malfunctioning AC. Dane was knowledgeable, courteous, and fixed the problem in short order.

Heebee and Pavel provided great service on our annual checkup. Professional, knowledgable, and honestly nice guys.
I had an appointment with Jack Lehr to perform annual maintenance on my A/C system about a week ago. It was the first time I've booked an appointment with them.
The two technicians, Heebee and Pavel, were professional and courteous. Heebee recommended a couple of minor items and did a nice job explaining everything.
I also had a follow-up appointment with Colt to provide an estimate on what it would cost to replace my older set of A/C units. He wasn't pushy and I appreciated the way he presented the options.
Overall, I was impressed with the service I received from Jack Lehr and I'm planning to use them again for future HVAC needs.

Trevor from Jack Lehr came out to repair a problem with my air conditioning unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a broken part. This corrected the problem and I have cool air again. I appreciated the fast response to getting my unit serviced. Job well done.
Heebee and Pavel came out to do my yearly service today! Can we say what a breath of fresh air they brought. They were informative, kind, efficient and even helped me get my table apart. Every business should have a Heebee and Pavel working for them. The communication of what was happening and why it was happening was very much welcomed. Jordy did an excellent job today. He was prompt, professional and had great communication skills. He was knowledgeable and answered all my husband's questions. At completion he thoroughly reviewed the work performed.
Quinton & Jake have been to my home twice now for yearly maintenance. Both men are knowledgeable about my dinosaur of a furnace and take the time to explain any issues and how to properly maintain the systems. Each time they interacted with my grandsons to discuss sports teams and make them feel like they are an important part of their visit.
