Superb installation crew— Scott, Todd, Matt and Hunter. Extremely neat, polite, and respectful of the worksite and our home during the installation of our new natural gas boiler. Showed up at 7 AM and left only when the job was completely finished same day. The piping and wiring were completely rationalized and look like something in a nuclear submarine!. The front desk and service department at Jack Lehr really got this done for us quickly, along with the installation manager.
Today we had Heebee and Pavel from Jack Lehr Heating, Cooling, and Electric out to service our HVAC unit. They were professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly, including how to maintain the outside unit. They even checked the rattling noise we noticed and found it was just some grass and debris from recent storms. They removed it quickly and me how to wash out with the hose moving forward throughout the summer. Super helpful, great experience.
