We've been customers of Jack Lehr for years - they replaced our heat pump in our first house, and then when we moved to Nazareth, they were our first call to set up our HVAC routine maintenance plan. They come out twice a year to service our heat pumps. Today, we had Heebee as our technician, and he was wonderful! Thorough, professional, prompt, and polite. Heebee kept us updated throughout the visit and was fantastic with our two dogs. Can't say enough good things about Jack Lehr - Tana and Ashley are always super nice on the phone as well. Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone at Jack Lehr for continually maintaining an exceptional level of customer service!
A great guy and technician, Quinton, was out here doing general maintenance on my unit that's getting old, and he gave me all the information I needed and worked super hard in the cold. It was a pleasure.

We contracted Jack Lehr for a new HVAC system two years ago and have been pleased with the service. Most recently, Jordy and Manny came out to perform routine maintenance on the unit. They were polite and attentive, answering any questions I had and clearly explaining the process. They even got along great with our family dog - who according to them was very helpful throughout the whole process. Aside from the service itself, it is people like Jordy and Manny who continue to assure you that you've made the right choice in which company to work with.
Quinton performed the HVAC maintenance in a timely and considerate manner while I was working from home. He was courteous, professional and provided an understandable summary of the work he completed. I look forward to having him perform this maintenance in six months.
