I had scheduled maintenance for my heat pump and electric water heater performed by Dane and Jordy. Both were very polite and knowledgable. The last company I used seemed to rush to complete the job, but Dane and Jordy were thorough and made sure I was aware of how everything was working and what to keep an eye on. I had a positive first experience with Jack Lehr Heating Cooling & Electric.
Heebee was here to do our biannual HVAC service. He was prompt and courteous, and all was handled to our satisfaction

Have had our regular biannual service performed by Jack Lehr for 15 years. Everything is working well and properly maintained. Service staff is great and easy to communicate with. Recently moved from a house with pure electric to one with a heat pump system. Have since moving here had to get help from this company. VERY satisfied/impressed! Manny was here twice, once to check out the system when we first moved in, and today to change out filters and check the system. if I ran a company in this line of work, I couldn't imagine having a better service representative than Manny. On time, knowledgeable, easy to have in home.
