Jake & Quinton performed a thorough quarterly inspection of the heating/AC system. All the screws made it back from where they came from. Great mentoring from Jake thru the duration of the inspection.
I've been using Jack Lehr for 5+ years. Consistently a positive experience. Great staff/techs. My most recent service (end of June) was done by Trevor (he's been assigned a few times over the past few years). He's fantastic! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Always enjoy talking to him when he comes out. I'd definitely recommend their services.
My experience from start to finish was excellent. We needed a new gas furnace/AC system installed. An appointment was set up with Matt Haas. He spent time checking out our house, doing a load calculation, and then sitting down with us to go over his recommendations. He answered all of our questions and concerns, spending all the time we needed to reach a decision on the type of equipment we wanted. The installation took place on July 16th. Travis, Hunter and Joel arrived at 6 am, did a walk through with me to see our existing equipment, and then they began their work. The installation team was excellent. They had a good work ethic, and most of all, they answered any, and all questions that I had about our new system. All three, Travis, Hunter and Joel had good communication skills…and spent as much time as was necessary to familiarize me with our new equipment. By approximately 2 pm they had the new A/C up and running. They did all their necessary checks, as well as switching over to heat to check that system too. Not long after that, Joel did a final walk through with me. He did an excellent job reviewing the system and answering all my questions in a concise, and clear manner. My wife and I were extremely happy the way the entire day went. It is now 2 weeks since the installation, and we are very pleased with our new Trane multi-speed air conditioning. I give the Jack Lehr the highest of recommendations possible. Thank you.
Just had a new HVAC installation done from Jack Lehr. I would like to thank the installation team, Ajay and Matt who were professional, polite, and left everything clean. Explained the changes to the new thermostat and filter. Also a shoutout to their comfort advisor Justin who was wonderful to work with and provided a fair quote along with a veteran discount.
Jordy and Pavel were great. Excellent communication with a few reschedules.
We have been customers of Jack Lehr for over 25 years. They have been exceptional - original heat pump/replacement pump/generator/wiring. We just had a full house dehumidifier replaced. This replacement unit had a factory issue and they responded quickly to replacing that unit. Matt B and Alex are exceptional and add value to the team! Their detail to the work speaks of pride in the organization!

Josiah and Eddie were the service techs that came to my house to do an AC routine service maintenance check on both of my central units. They were extremely professional and explained what they had found during the checkup and what needed to be done to keep my systems running efficiently.
