We chose Jack Lehr Heating and Air for a couple reasons over other companies and very happy with the installation of our new hot air oil furnace. Install appointment was on time (7am). Todd, Travis and Eddie were professional and courteous from the start.
Heebee, our service technician, did a thorough job on our inside and outside units. As in his previous visit for our scheduled maintenance, he was courteous and fully explained all that he accomplished. He is an excellent representative of your company.
Just had a spring check up. Our technician was Noah and he was fabulous. Very thorough in his evaluation and he asked us multiple times if we had any questions or concerns. He was right on time and explained everything he did and also went over what all the metric readings meant.

They showed up on time were very courteous and professional took the time to protect all the surfaces they came in contact with I would recommend them to anyone who needs service or replacement of their system they had to cut the access to the attic bigger and made it look better than it did before they cut it out

Jack Lehr installed a mini split system a few years ago for us and someone comes annually to do maintenance as part of our contract. This year Heebee came and did a bang up job. Top notch. He was as professional as all the guys they've sent to our house. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, good communication skills, thorough. He spent almost five hours cleaning filters and testing all of our units and I felt comfortable giving him the run of the house. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. All of their employees, Heebee, included, have been great.
