Real Person Guarantee: If our phone is not answered by a real person 24/7, we will credit you $50 towards your next service fee.
No Surprises Guarantee: We hate surprises and know you do too! If we miss something and fail to communicate it prior to our agreement, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
72 Degree Guarantee: We want you to be comfortable! We guarantee your new HVAC system will maintain a 72 degree indoor temperature when the outdoor temperatures range between 0 and 90 degrees. If not, we will make unlimited attempts to fix the problem until the issue is resolved.
One-Year Repair Guarantee: We’re so confident in our work, we guarantee our repairs. If there is a failure with a repair within a year of its completion, we will return at no charge to fix it.

Our History

Jack Lehr Heating, Cooling & Electric began in 1973 when Jack Lehr, a World War II veteran and family man, opened his own HVAC business. With his wife Ruth handling the books, the company quickly became a family affair. Jack’s sons joined the business, and son Ed eventually took over as President of the company. Even the Lehr’s dogs became fixtures at the office, establishing a long-standing tradition of having an office dog (or two) to greet customers.

In 2021, the company entered a new chapter, transitioning from family ownership to a 100% employee-owned model. While the Lehr family retired, the values that Jack instilled—honesty, integrity, and fair pricing—remain the foundation of who we are today.

Beyond that, our team provides HVAC maintenance and repair services that keep over 300 resident animals safe and comfortable year-round.
