This can be extremely valuable when the labor warranty expires.

Eligibility: Only systems installed by Jack Lehr Heating, Cooling & Electric are eligible. Systems are eligible within 4 years of the installation date. Systems must be covered by a manufacturer parts warranty at time of maintenance plan purchase and for the length of the plan.

Billing Options

We offer our customers the option to pay annually or monthly.

Annual billing - Plans are paid in full at sign-up. Customers will receive renewal reminders each year approximately 6 weeks prior to their membership expiration.

Monthly billing – Requires a credit card on file. Customers are billed automatically on the 1st or 15th of the month in 12 equal installments. There is no renewal reminder and plans remains active until canceled.
