We have the service plan for routine Maintenance from Jack Lehr. Heebee, the technician, was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Have a regular maintenance plan with them since they put in our two heat pumps 5.5 years ago. Always have had pretty good experiences overall with the office and whoever comes out. Today specifically we had Jordy, who was awesome. Polite and friendly, thorough and took time to answer all questions I had. Very pleased with the service and would welcome Jordy again in the future.
Heebee and Pavel arrived on time and were professional and thorough. Great communication as well.
