Josiah and Eddie were the service techs that came to my house to do an AC routine service maintenance check on both of my central units. They were extremely professional and explained what they had found during the checkup and what needed to be done to keep my systems running efficiently. I was very satisfied with my interactions with both of them and with the service they provided.
My Installer. Matt was great to work with. He explained how the system works, how to operate the new thermostat and informed me what needed to be done as my system could not handle the new A/C and needed the vents, etc to be upgraded which he came back and completed. Great experience with this person. Would highly recommend him.
Jack Lehr installed a Daikin heat pump for us in May. The crew (Alex, Matt, Scott and Joel) were very professional and tidy. They got it installed within hours and even provided a tutorial on the Wi-Fi thermostat. The system is quiet and has been keeping us nice and cool during this summer's heatwaves.
I just had my entire central air system replaced by Jack Lehr on July 13. The 3 man teem of Ajay, Alex, and Matt B did the job in one day. They were the best professional installers i ever had do work for me. They were very polite and friendly. 100% satisfied. Thanks to Jack Lehr for the quick service to get me cool again.
