Today we had Heebee and Pavel from Jack Lehr Heating, Cooling, and Electric out to service our HVAC unit. They were professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly, including how to maintain the outside unit. They even checked the rattling noise we noticed and found it was just some grass and debris from recent storms. They removed it quickly and me how to wash out with the hose moving forward throughout the summer. Super helpful, great experience.
Alex, A.J., Matt B. and Travis did an amazing job installing our new unit. They were fast, clean and professional.
Jake and Quinton were a great team!

Quinton and Jake came to do my yearly services and they were fantastic. They were very helpful and kept me updated on their progress while at my home, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend both of them and the Jack Lehr team.
Our technician Noah was thorough and very courteous. Couldn't have had a better experience.
Jordy was friendly and arrived when he said he would. He completed the maintenance and explained what was done.
Jake & Quinton performed a thorough quarterly inspection of the heating/AC system. All the screws made it back from where they came from. Great mentoring from Jake thru the duration of the inspection.
