Jordy was fantastic! He took his time checking out our central air system. When he found a glitch he explained exactly what could be wrong. He explained everything in lamens term so even someone who knows nothing about what he does could understand! We will recommend him and Jack Lehr to all of our friends and family!!

Josiah and Jake came today to set up the HVAC systems for the summer and to troubleshoot a weak flow condition in one of the bedrooms. They were able to restore flow to the room, alleviating the need for a window unit. And the test both of my systems. Professional, efficient, courteous. I really appreciated the service they provided today.

Jack Lehr was very responsive to schedule an A/C repair service. Manny (the technician) showed up on time - very courteous, personable, great communication and very thorough. Manny found the fault very quickly and took the time to explain the repair and the charge. Informative as to the overall system functions and made a few suggestions to how better use the system. Also performed our routine service while here - which was scheduled to occur in about a month. Cleaned up the work area and even turned out the lights! However, I was disappointed the condensator pump had failed after only 7 seasons with regular routine maintenance and how expensive the replacement pump was.
