Today they sent Manny, who turned out to be a fine young man who was efficient, cordial, and most likely will occupy much more elevated professional positions given his superior communications skills and pleasant manner. If this seems overkill, it's partly based on comparison with other workers who have been hired to repair or inspect other aspects of our units. It was a pleasure having someone working in my apartment who took his work and interactions seriously.
Noah arrived on time, was personable, polite, and thorough. He explained everything in detail and even reset the clock on the thermostat to the correct time. He answered any questions I had. It was the best service call I have had in the time I have been with Jack Lehr.

I love that they always call and remind me that it's time to schedule my service. The scheduling lady is super friendly and polite. Josiah and Zack came out to the house. Josiah has been out a number of times. It's always great to see a familiar face. Zack was new, but super friendly and great just like Josiah! They're a great team to work with
