We have been on a regular maintenance schedule with Jack Lahr for almost two years now and no complaints, really great service all around. Their technicians are all very professional and thorough. They also have a great turn around time on repairs. Quinton was our most recent technician and he was very prompt and communicated/explained everything that needed to be done very well. Appreciate the work they all do!

I had scheduled maintenance for my heat pump and electric water heater performed by Dane and Jordy. Both were very polite and knowledgable. The last company I used seemed to rush to complete the job, but Dane and Jordy were thorough and made sure I was aware of how everything was working and what to keep an eye on. I had a positive first experience with Jack Lehr Heating Cooling & Electric.

Update: Today Dane was here to fix my furnace. I was getting no heat at all. He came promptly at the time expected. He was incredibly kind and thorough. He explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions, and after checking everything several times found the problem. He even corrected an installation problem that had been overlooked with the thermostat. I couldn't have asked for better service from him.
Quinton performed a thorough maintenance of our three HVAC systems. He provided me with a status report for our units and I am very pleased.
