I was scheduled for routine maintenance on my HVAC system. Quinton was very polite, punctual and professional. He even called when he was on his way so I would have a good ETA on when he would arrive. He did a great job explaining the maintenance he completed and even helped me to change my air filters.
Zack came last Saturday, before the storm, to make sure that my semi-annual maintenance, originally scheduled for Monday, was performed. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, the performance of the service, and the advice he gave me about the system. I very, very happy with the service that I receive from Jack Lehr.

Jay performed the heating system maintenance yearly check, he was extremely professional and polite, easily engaged in conversation, he is very knowledgeable and confident in his business and skills, he is a superb human and a most valuable asset to your company!!
Dane performed the heating system repair 1/27/26, he also is extremely professional and polite, he was respectful of my opinion on what caused the furnace to shut off, he as well is very knowledgeable and confident and explained each step. I was concerned that my presence was being hovering, but he assured me that I was appreciated and easily engaged in conversation.He is very diligent and meticulous, making sure it was fixed correctly, he wasn't accepting a "good enough " fix. He made sure at the completion of the repair, that if I had any questions, they were answered. Dane , too is a superb human and a most valuable asset to your business!!
We are very pleased with Jack Lehr Electric for maintenance service to our HVAC System. Waheeb did a great job, was very pleasant, informative and mindful of everything in our home leaving the place clean. This is the 3rd year using them for maintenance and had no issues summer or winter. We also used Jack Lehr at our other home where they installed a new unit and we were very happy with the unit and their work. They actually helped us to move our unit from under our window on the side of the house this way we won't here the noise.

We had both of our HVAC systems serviced yesterday as part of their semi-annual maintenance. The technician Heebee was very thorough and knowledgable. He discussed the adjustment he made to our one system to maximize heating efficiency. I was very satisfied for the excellent service he provided.
Wendy in the office took the time to walk me through all of their services without any pressure to buy. I decided to move forward with the heat pump service, and scheduling was incredibly easy. They were very flexible and even reached out twice to offer earlier appointment openings.
During the service and inspection, Quinton was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and provided helpful maintenance recommendations to follow between service visits. Overall, a great experience.
Kudos to the team from Jack Lehr Heating and Cooling. Travis, Scott, Ajay and Alex installed a new HVAC system on 1/27/26, one of the coldest day this winter. These men were great! Took care of our house and got the install complete quickly. Easy to talk to and answered questions. I appreciate their work! Thanks again!
