I had 4 gentleman, Travis, Matt, Todd and Scott showed up at my home at 6:50am., ready to put in a new heating/air conditioning system. They were the nicest guy I had the pleasure to work with. Showed me how to use the thermostat, asked me several times if I had any questions, after they left you would have never even known someone was there. They cleaned up everything. My system is wonderful, I can't say enough about the employees at Jack Lehr, they made this job flawless. Thank you.

I just wanted to thank Bill, he went above and beyond to get a part the same day for our boiler so that we would not be with heat during this very cold weather until the new boiler arrives.
During one of the coldest days in January, 4 men from Jack Lehr heating and cooling arrived , as scheduled, early in the morning to replace my furnace and replace an existing outdoor air conditioning compressor. By mid afternoon they had completed their work. The men, Ajay, Todd, Travis and Matt were professional, technically knowledgeable, very polite and worked hard to restore heat. They also left the house in a very clean condition. Thanks.
Manny, the tech who came was great, very nice man. He checked out the indoor and outdoor units and assured me everything was running fine.
I have a 3 year old mini-goldendoodle. Every Jack Lehr tech who has come for a service call has played with my dog. It must be a prerequisite for employment at Jack Lehr to love dogs! Much appreciated!

The Jack Lehr techs, Dane and Manny were on time, very friendly and listened to what needed to be done. They were very concerned about being clean about the house and attic and respectful of the plant material around the heat pump. I enjoyed talking to them about the work they did and their positive attitude!
