Manny was very professional. Communicated details on the Diaken system I was not aware of and checked the system to make sure the system is working correctly.
A bit disappointed that the system doesn't run as efficiently as we expected. Our electric usage has almost doubled since last year and we are not in PA this winter. Thermostats are set at 63, 65 and 64.

My heat pump stopped working a few weeks ago and I was running on accessory heat which was costing me a fortune. I had another company come out and they did not even offer a fix, said we needed a whole new system. I called Jack Lehr for second opinion. A sensor was replaced, and everything is working great.
