Just had Zack from Jack Lehr come in to do our winter heating service. He was on time and efficient. Zack did a wonderful job and was very professional throughout. Checked in to see if we had any questions or concerns about the unit and did a nice job checking over our system.
Jack Lehr service technician Heebee performed our annual heat pump check up. Heebee was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. As always great reliable service from Jack Lehr and employees.
Manny was very professional. Communicated details on the Diaken system I was not aware of and checked the system to make sure the system is working correctly.
A bit disappointed that the system doesn't run as efficiently as we expected. Our electric usage has almost doubled since last year and we are not in PA this winter. Thermostats are set at 63, 65 and 64.
The service techs (Steve & Jared) were very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything that was done on our system. I would highly recommend them for the future.

My heat pump stopped working a few weeks ago and I was running on accessory heat which was costing me a fortune. I had another company come out and they did not even offer a fix, said we needed a whole new system. I called Jack Lehr for second opinion. A sensor was replaced, and everything is working great. Thank you for your excellent service, honesty and expertise.
