We had our semi-annual service done today, Jay & his assistant (can't remember the name I apologize) did the work. Very professional & courteous and extremely respectful of the house while entering & leaving. Jack Lehr replaced our system 6 years ago and it has worked flawlessly the entire time with the credit going to their professional service. We've been customers for years and hope to continue the relationship for years to come. Thank You to the entire Jack Lehr team.
Steve, who serviced our home was very polite, punctual and nice. He explained everything as far as packages are concerned. He put boots on to make sure home stay clean. He explained everything and answered all our questions.
Everyone we worked with was patient and helpful from the salesperson (Matt) to the technicians who installed our system (Travis, Matt and Hunter). They were very respectful and made sure everything was working and had answered all our questions before they left.
