We just had a routine maintenance call with a Jack Lehr representative. His name was Heebee and as usual we received excellent professional service with a smile. It's great to see someone doing a job well that they seem to love. Heebee was very friendly and respectful of my home both inside and out.
We have had excellent service and maintenance from Jack Lehr since we replaced our entire HVAC system with them a few years ago. The system is much more efficient than my previous system and most of all changing the filter is the easiest it's ever been. I am very happy that we chose Jack Lehr and signed up for their maintenance plan. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC system.
Daniel was great!!! He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and effecient. He was a perfect gentleman here in our home and we truly appreciate it! We will look forward to seeing him for our fall servicing!
We recently had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced by Jack Lehr. We were very pleased with everyone we had contact with! Matt, our comfort advisor was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions promptly. The ladies in the office were very friendly as well! The installers were professional and did a super job with installation and cleaning up! They answered all our questions and did a great job explaining our new system to us. Jack Lehr Heating Cooling and Electric is an excellent business that cares about their customers!!!
