We had a new furnace and heat pump installed last year. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The system has run flawlessly.
The user-friendly thermostat they installed works great, and even has an app, so you can easily control the thermostat from your phone.
The Daikin furnace that we installed utilizes 20 x 23 x 1" filters, which is an odd size, so you have to order them online. Not available at Lowe's or Home Depot.
Heebee recently came and did a complete and thorough check up of all the components of the system. I appreciate his professionalism and friendly manner.

Steve did an outstanding job when he came out to our house for routine maintenance on our heat pump. While he was here, i asked him for a quote to add a GFCI outlet and a condensate pump to our air handler unit. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, provided a fair quote, and the quality of his work was excellent. It's clear he takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend Steve and the Jack Lehr team!

Jack Lehr has been fantastic to work with since buying my new home. Everyone has been extremely pleasant and easy to work with. My recently, the technician Heebee came and performed our winter maintenance on our HVAC system. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. When he realized we had a humidifier that is not typically used, he was able to make a phone call and get the filter and senior technician out within the hour to make sure it was service. 5 stars across the board.

Manny and Jordy were just here to service my furnace. This is the first time I've used Jack Lehr. They were very professional, polite , and informative. They gave suggestions on how to help my furnace run more efficiently and provided information on how I could replace a filter myself. They were not pushy or trying to up charge me, instead super realistic and informative which I greatly appreciated! Will definitely be using them again!
