Josiah and Quinton were our technicians today. They were wonderful, very professional, careful around the house and went out of their way to greet my dog. Jack Lehr is our favorite HVAC company.
We had a great experience with Manny from Jack Lehr today. He was knowledgeable about the system and was able to answer all of our questions. He was also very respectful of our home, which was greatly appreciated with it heavily raining this morning. We have had Kack Lehr for a while and only now felt this specific technician deserved praise and recognition.
I had my heat pump/furnace serviced today 10/13/2025 by technicians Josiah and Quinton. They arrived promptly and immediately began servicing my unit. The unit was found to be working well however, they did notice a potential problem with a contactor. The part was replaced precluding a potential problem during the winter months. Thanks for a thorough inspection and a job well done.
