Our heat pump broke. A tech came out the same day. We needed a new heat pump system. It was installed within the week. The technicians were very polite and had it done in 1 day. We were happy and warm again!! They did a good job!!
Keenan has serviced our heat pump on several occasions including both routine maintenance and problems that have come up in the past. He is always polite and thorough. He carefully explains any problems he's found, what he's done and instructs us what steps to take to avoid problems in the future. We are very happy with his work and look forward to continued quality service in the future.
Always a positive experience with our technician, Erik. He is very professional, courteous, punctual, and also very friendly with our dog. When any issues have risen, he's positive a very clear understanding of the issue and presents our options.

Our twice yearly check-up with Keenan from Jack Lehr, Heating Cooling & Electric. Always on time and very thorough with the check-up. If anything needs to be done it is explained in detail so that I can understand the problem and Keenan can fix it the same day. We have always had good care, no matter which technician came to the house. Always respectful and courteous! They do a wonderful job!
