Jonathan was our service technician. He called before the appointment to let us know the approximate arrival time. This was Much appreciated. He was here for about an hour and a half and thoroughly went through our system replacing all filters and verifying that the combustion on the system was set properly. He explained all the procedures that were done. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough job done.
The service was thorough and our technician, Dario, was very competent, considerate and friendly.
