Ismael Cruz was the amazing technician that just did the winter maintenance to our heat pump system this week. Extremely polite and friendly! He was also training another technician at the same time and I was very impressed with how patient and detail oriented he was with teaching the other technician. Love how easy it is to schedule my maintenance appointments and especially love that they give you a heads up call when they are on their way to my house!!
Since moving to PA in 2020 we have used Jack Lehr for our HVAC needs. Every interaction via the phone or in person has been a positive experience.

Dan is an excellent tech with vast knowledge and experience. He serviced my older EFM boiler, and based on his recommendations, made corrections/improvements ignored by my previous contractor. My heating system is now "humming" with improved efficiencies and performance. Thx Dan and Jack Lehr HC&E!
