Today I had the pleasure of meeting Quinton from Jack Lehr Electric. He was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about his work. When he was finished, he told me everything that he checked was good. Then he asked if my husband had any questions. My husband had no questions because he covered everything in his explanation. He is definitely an asset to your company.
Josiah and Zach both were very professional and experienced. They were customer friendly at all times and provided the best customer service. They went over and beyond the call of duty which was appreciated and satisfactory. Thank you again for your wonderful service!!!
Had Keenan come out for a second service, first time was last year for the AC and this time for my gas boiler. Awesome job both times, communicated well, is respectful and friendly. Awesome job as always

On Oct. 28 we had our first maintenance appointment since we moved into our condo. Heebee was our tech who did a great job of explaining what he was going to do. He showed us how to set up the thermostat settings. He checked out the heater, outside unit, replaced the filter and reported his findings. We are very happy with his work.

Noah was personable, informative and very thorough. I have used Jack Lehr for the past 11 years & they have kept my unit running like day one. Would recommend any of their service technicians.
