The service man called before arriving.He was efficient and neat,putting on shoe covers when entering the house.He even helped me some things off the shelf in the closet where the attic access door is.

Installers arrived 7am, a crew of 4 or 5 at times.
Removed the old outside unit, attic air handler, and all ductwork. Installed new XL16i system,
WiFi thermostat, tested system, and cleaned up everything! Finished by 2pm. Not an easy job, but Lehr workers handled it as routine, were friendly, and answered all my questions. Matt followed up today with a phone call. Great job!

More professional and thorough than previous company. Asked for second opinion on both my heating and cooling equipment. Time will tell whether Jack Lehr will prove to be a better choice. After two visits they appear to be more competent and honest.
The inspection and maintenance of my AC mini-splits was performed very competently and courteously by technician Michael Dempsey. This first visit under my new service contract indicates that I likely made the right choice in choosing Jack Lehr.

Thorough analysis. Answered any questions we had. Install of new panel box and air conditioning all done on time and kept on time for appointments. From start to finish great communications. Cleanup of job both during and after was excellent. They followed up one week later to see if all ok. All work done had passed inspections with no issues.
Completely satisfied dealing with Jack Lehr both as a company and their workers and would definitely have them do any work again and would highly recommend to anyone.
