Tom (the Jack Lehr tech) has been here several times in the past and always does a great job. He is very informative and lets me know everything he found and what he did. I appreciate that kind of support and I have complete confidence in him and the job he does.

The installation went well. The install crew cleaned up after completing the installation. My sales contact Matt Hess was very professional and appeared very knowledgeable with the products offered by Jack Lehr. Looking forward to warm weather so I can try my new A/C unit.
Great experience! Tom and Bobby came out and did an awesome job. They were thorough and I felt confident when they left that my unit is in great shape. They made sure all my questions were answered and offered me a lot of advice to maximize the efficiency of my system, get the most out of it, and ensure it's being taken care of properly. Not to mention they were probably two of the most entertaining and personable contractors I've ever met! I feel very comfortable trusting Jack Lehr to take care of my family when it comes to heating and cooling. Keep up the great work, fellas!

Jack Lehr installed our present heat pump ... they did an excellent job. We have the unit checked for heating and cooling each year. The service folks are also excellent. I've dealt with different companies over the years (I am a detail person), and I would rate the "total experience" with Jack Lehr at the top of the pile. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.
