Caleb Erwin, the service technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked very late to get the job done properly. I wish the scheduling was better. I made the appointment more than 1 month ahead of time. There was no reminder call. I called the company this morning and found out that the time was changed from 1-3 to 2-4. At 4:30 I got a call about delay and the actually service did not happen until pass 6. I understand that they were busy but I would have appreciated a notification of change of time.

We had a few electrical issues that needed to be fixed in our house. The repairman Caleb came on time and did a very good job. He looked at our problems and explained clearly to us what was wrong and fixed everything and at a reasonable price too. We will be using Jack Lehr in the future for any electrical issues that might arise. Also I had contacted 6 other companies and Jack Lehr was the only one who answered the phone. The others had machines to leave a message.
