THIS IS TRULY A FIVE STAR +++++ COMPANY. I HAD GAS HOT DAWG HEATER INSTALLED IN MY GARAGE. INSTALLERS WERE COURTEOUS, NEAT, & HIGHLY EFFICIENT AS THEY INSTALLED MY UNIT IN ABOUT HALF A DAY. My heat pump system began having a few issues after 6 years of continuous service. A call to Jack Lehr and a service appointment was set up.
Technician (Darren) arrived on time. He was familiar with the equipment he was there to service. He had all of the repair parts needed for the job on the truck with him. He performed the repair and maintenance procedures needed to get the system running better than ever. While on-site, he took care to keep the job clean and tidy.
I can frankly say that I am fully satisfied with my experience with Jack Lehr, from the purchase and installation of our system, to the repair and maintenance support we are receiving. I went with Lehr originally based on word-of-mouth recommendation from a friend. I am happy I did.
