Our experience was outstanding from first contact right through to completion of service. When our HVAC system had stopped working, we did not hesitate to make Jack Lehr our first and only call for a solution. A technician was dispatched to our home, thoroughly diagnosed our problems and presented my fiancé with options. Shortly thereafter a comfort advisor was out to walk her through detailed solutions to get us up and running again. Everyone we came in contact with at Jack Lehr was extremely professional and friendly. Technicians were thorough, efficient, respectful and every bit of what we would expect from people in a service industry. Jack Lehr will be our go to without hesitation.
I hired them to install a new Mitsubishi heating and air conditioning system in my home, that did a amazing job. When they came to give me a quote they were very friendly and explained everything in detail. When the workers came to install the system they were very nice, very friendly, easy to talk to, I'm very happy how the installation turned out, I will definitely hire them again for future projects.
