Thanks to Steve for the first scheduled maintenance on my year-old mini splits. He was an absolute pro. Thoroughly went through each unit, made sure they were operating at peak level and gave them a cleaning. Guy even turned down a tip! Class act! We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from our Technician Manny. He was friendly, professional, thorough, respectful of our home and honest. During his maintenance check he discovered a faulty capacitor. He gave us the facts and the cost and it was our decision to change it. He also explained the need to seal an area where the lines entered the house. Again gave us the facts and cost. He also took care of that for us. He took photos of the completed work and included them with the invoice sent to my email so I have on them record. It was a pleasure to have such an efficient job done by such a nice person. And our dogs loved him as well! Thank you!
