My service technician, Caleb, phoned prior to and arrived at my home within the time slot that was scheduled. He was very respectful of my home, using shoe coverings before entering the house. Caleb took his time to carefully inspect and service both the inside and outside units. He answered my questions about fees and provided me with a pamphlet describing different maintenance plans. Caleb also answered my questions about filters and possible changes to my heating system. I found Caleb to be personable as well as knowledgeable. I am very happy with the new air conditioning system that your company installed for me last year. In addition, if all your technicians are like Caleb, I would recommend your company to everyone without reservation.

I had just bought a house 6 months ago and I dont know when my Heating/Cooling system was last serviced. I called Jack Lehr after getting many recommendations for them. Their tech Trevor was awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better service call and their yearly service plan is affordable and very fair. I'm glad i picked them and know i can count on them if i need them.
