Always a positive experience with our technician, Erik. He is very professional, courteous, punctual, and also very friendly with our dog. When any issues have risen, he's positive a very clear understanding of the issue and presents our options.
Furthermore, the receptionist at Jack Lehr is super warm, friendly, and accommodating.

Our twice yearly check-up with Keenan from Jack Lehr, Heating Cooling & Electric. Always on time and very thorough with the check-up. If anything needs to be done it is explained in detail so that I can understand the problem and Keenan can fix it the same day. We have always had good care, no matter which technician came to the house. Always respectful and courteous! They do a wonderful job!

Not only did he do a complete and thorough review of the system but walked me through what he did why and explained the importance of the maintenance done.
