I had a water heater replaced by Jack Lehr Company. Tim and Tom did an excellent job. The work took longer than expected but they took the time and did professional work, almost like they would on their own home. I'm very pleased and would recommend them anytime.

Did a service of our gas furnace. The tech was very informative about the furnace condition.

We inquired for a quote of the ductless central air unit as we thought something was wrong with our central air unit as we couldn't get it below 80° in the house. Matthew Haas came for the quote. He was very professional and suggested we get our unit serviced as he said it's the correct size for our house. We had a service tech come and turns out it was user error lol we would use the Nest thermostat to adjust to 80 while we were gone and then it would turn down at the hottest part of the day. I forget our techs name, but told us nothing was wrong with the unit, to just leave the temp set at desired temperature or can adjust 1 degree when it's really hot, one small part could be replaced but nothing that would cause the problem, so the cost of $300 with the new part was so much better instead of spending thousands on a new unit like we thought. They are very honest with you and support our military as well! I recommend Jack Lehr.

Service was for HVAC maintenance. The technician noticed that mice had chewed through a wire in the heat pump outside. He was able to quickly fix it for a reasonable charge of about $82. I was glad that he found the problem and that the maintenance had been scheduled by Jack Lehr, since we have a maintenance contract.
