Mike , Scot & Matt came to install a new A/C unit and Furnace. They were very professional, kind and thoughtful. Its always a pleasure to talk with someone who is knowledgeable and knows their business. I recommend them highly.
We've had several repairmen in our home since we moved here Dec. 1, 2022. Tim is the kindest, most respectful fellow who has been here. Since my husband can't do much around the house, I'm left with the work and all the questions. I feel happy about the fact that Tim answers my questions and doesn't make me feel like a fool. I appreciate his/your service very much.

On July 29th Jack Lehr removed our heat pump system and installed a new system unit. Scott and Matt did the work. They arrived earlier than they were scheduled and worked in a very hot environment. Our home was without air conditioning since July 4th when the old heat pump shut down. Both Scott and Matt were professional, courteous and informative. They explained clearly what they were going to do and were open to any questions we had. When the job was finished they both took the time to show us the new system and provide information pertinent to it's operation. They cleaned up when they were done and were meticulous in their work. Jack Lehr was just one of 6 HVAC companies that met with us to receive estimates. Jack Lehr was not the the most expensive and they were not the least expensive. But what won us over was the visit by Colt Solliday, the Comfort Advisor. He spent well over an hour in our home taking the required steps he needed to do his job and in addition sat with us and answered all of our questions plus. All around, from start to finish; we were well satisfied with the excellent level of professionalism. We will continue using Jack Lehr for the scheduled maintenance of the new unit.
Very good service call. Manny just finished the summer service call. He is an excellent tech. He was very thorough, explained everything he did, and offered some useful advice about setting the return ducts.
Manny just serviced our A/C Unit. He showed my wife and I different settings for our A/C so it runs more efficiently.
He also showed us how to manually turn on our MiniSplit Unit just in case our remote doesn't work.
He was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions.
Jack Lehr is our go-to company for our AC and Heating.
After installing our new HVAC, (a few years back) we always use them for our cleaning and maintenance.
JOSIAH was just here and did an excellent job with regards to cleaning our furnace. He checked and rechecked for any issues with the heating.
