Trevor was on time. Called 15mins or so before arrival. Polite. Got right to work. Gave good feedback. Pleasant. Time spent was as anticipated. And liked my dog. BIG plus????
I always have a great experience with Jack Lehr. Their techs are always knowledgeable especially the one we had today name Manny. I always refer them to everyone.
Mike , Scot & Matt came to install a new A/C unit and Furnace. They were very professional, kind and thoughtful. Its always a pleasure to talk with someone who is knowledgeable and knows their business. I recommend them highly.
We've had several repairmen in our home since we moved here Dec. 1, 2022. Tim is the kindest, most respectful fellow who has been here. Since my husband can't do much around the house, I'm left with the work and all the questions. I feel happy about the fact that Tim answers my questions and doesn't make me feel like a fool. I appreciate his/your service very much.
Manny was very efficient and very kind and knowledgeable. 5 stars for sure.
