Sam was great. He called before arriving, arrived on time and spent his time diagnosing the problem and checking out the furnace in general. The company was great to work with too. I did not have a contract but they got someone out here next day anyway. Now I have a contract. Thank you Jack Lehr Heating and Cooling!
