The technician called back after 15 minutes. He said he'd be here within 3 to 4 hours it was less. I have never seen a company like this one to have A+ customer service during a heating system failure. Five stars and kudos to you and to your employees. The Lehigh Valley has an outstanding business and Jack Lehr is one of the top five businesses in responsive and repair maintenance during emergencies like we are experiencing now with the cold. I've only experienced this once before and that was with a contractor that rebuilt the basement through State Farm insurance. Kudos to you Jack for your incredible service and response.

We have been customers of Jack Lehr's for many years. They have always been outstanding in terms of service, availability, promptness, skill and fairness. So when we needed an entirely new heating/air conditioning system, we were pleased to work with them. Sales was helpful and informative--with good transparency. The installation people were professional, VERY careful about cleanliness, including installing drop cloths through the entire apartment before beginning work. Work was completed in a timely manner and they were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. We are looking forward to many more years of working with this fine company and recommend without any reservations.
