This was check of the newly installed unit for the Spring/Summer season, and was completed in a professional and timely manner. Ryan also suggested an upgrade to the fan/compressor starter to extend the life of the unit, and that was appreciated and accepted.

This was a semiannual service for our HVAC. It was done very professionally. During the service, the technician noted a capacitor on the outside unit was a few microfarads out of spec, and he replaced it.

That is, in my opinion, a major purpose of the Jack Lehr semiannual service: fix minor problems before they become major issues.
