Dan is an excellent tech with vast knowledge and experience. He serviced my older EFM boiler, and based on his recommendations, made corrections/improvements ignored by my previous contractor. My heating system is now "humming" with improved efficiencies and performance. Thx Dan and Jack Lehr HC&E!

I've been a customer of Jack Lehr's for years and have been very happy with every aspect. Office staff is helpful and friendly. MY service tech, Ryan, is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, always on time, thorough and takes time to answer questions or concerns. Absolutely recommend them and especially Ryan!!

Very happy with the install of my new premium heat pump system last Oct. 2022, it works way better than my old system and my electric bills did go down. The thermostat bugged out on me this past weekend and their service dept. and technician Ishmael took care of me immediately. Ishmael waited in my driveway while his supervisor drove from their supply warehouse to bring a new thermostat for to him to install. IMO that's uncommon service in today's world of excuses. Best of all they didn't charge me for the replacement even though my installation was past a year by a week or so. I highly recommend Jack Lehr's sales and services and thank you again!

During a yearly check up of my A/C system ( 29 years old), it was found to be failing. Ryan, the service tech, was very thorough in explaining my options. I had many questions, and he carefully and patiently took the time necessary to make sure that my questions were answered thoroughly and that I fully understood the existing system problems and the workings of the newer systems (brands, etc). and their efficiencies. I made the decision to replace both A/C and heating systems. Ryan referred me to Matt, the sales rep, who furthered my and helped with my final decision. Installation was scheduled in less than a week and took a little less than 1 day to complete. The 4 member installation team arrived at the scheduled time and each one was pleasant, courteous and professional.When finished, they took the time necessary to make sure that I understood how to operate my new control panel. In a few days, Matt called to follow up and answer any questions. The sterling reputation of the Jack Lehr Company goes without saying, and I feel extremely comfortable with everyone that I have come in contact with and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering anything from a service contract to the purchase of a new system.
