Excellent service, timely in meeting appointment. Josiah gave an excellent review of service provided and condition of equipment.
I would recommend Jack Lehr and Josiah for their services. Thanks Josiah for your excellent work.
Jonathan was our service technician. He called before the appointment to let us know the approximate arrival time. This was Much appreciated. He was here for about an hour and a half and thoroughly went through our system replacing all filters and verifying that the combustion on the system was set properly. He explained all the procedures that were done. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough job done.
The service was thorough and our technician, Dario, was very competent, considerate and friendly.
Manny was our service tech for our heating checkup. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. We hope he will be able to come back for our future service calls and checkups.
