Wendy in the office took the time to walk me through all of their services without any pressure to buy. I decided to move forward with the heat pump service, and scheduling was incredibly easy. They were very flexible and even reached out twice to offer earlier appointment openings.
During the service and inspection, Quinton was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and provided helpful maintenance recommendations to follow between service visits. Overall, a great experience.

We had both of our HVAC systems serviced yesterday as part of their semi-annual maintenance. The technician Heebee was very thorough and knowledgable. He discussed the adjustment he made to our one system to maximize heating efficiency. I was very satisfied for the excellent service he provided.

A new HVAC system is a big investment, finding the right company to work with is a huge deal, tons of variables to consider from cost to warranties and service plans and who you're letting into your home, after lengthy process Jack Lehr was the choice and so happy we did, from the first phone call(so nice to hear pleasant/nice people answering the call) to first visit(estimate/consultation) to install, the process couldn't have been easier, Colt first came over arrived promptly and respectfully entered our home with shoe covers(a lot of companies don't do that) told us about Jack Lehr(length of time in business, how many employees, hiring policies etc..) walked the home and assessed our needs, super friendly and easy to talk too, gave multiple options that would work for us, explained things thoroughly and answered any and all questions, not pushy at all and left quote and said he'd reach back later to see if we made a decision, when we finally did decide to go through with it, process went smoother than silk, scheduled it right away and got the team to come within a week, the team of Matt, Travis, Alex, and Todd came to install, again arrived promptly,(all wore shoe covers every time they entered home, even when they would step out for just a minute they would take them off and then put them back on, really appreciated this as there's still snow outside) laid out floor coverings over everywhere they were gonna walk, went over scope of job, explained everything they were gonna do then got to work, they went so far above and beyond(thought I shoveled a path but there was some that still needed to be done and they did it no questions asked and never even mentioned it, my bad sorry guys) team was awesome, hardly making noise(had to remove old unit in attic before installing new one still hardly any noise) and finished it all in one day(they even had to run new electric) at the end they fully cleaned up(even vacuuming) then went over the new system and how to use new thermostat, again so happy we chose Jack Lehr the team is awesome and we will continue to be a customer and suggest them for anyone in need of their services!!! Dane did an excellent job replacing the fan on my Heatpump.
The darkness thermostats replaced this morning by Jack Lehr technician Dane. He was on time, very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and in addition to replacing the thermostat he did a thorough job checking the whole system to make sure it is performing optimally.
Had my unit serviced by Manny from Jack Lehr Heating. He did a great job and also offered some advice on snow removal on my outdoor unit. I'm pleased with the services I receive from Jack Lehr.
