Upgrading to a New HVAC System Might Be Easier Than You Think. Reviews
Our AC/heat pump went out in the hottest part of the summer. Mike from Jack Lehr came out, assessed our home, and gave us several good options. He also loaned us window AC units. A week later, Travis, Scott, and Ajay did an excellent job on the installation which only took one day. Everyone was professional and answered all of our questions. Now we are cool and comfortable even when it gets into the 90s. We are very satisfied.

Very happy with our first experience.
A/C broke Saturday night(of course). Monday am we got an appt set for Thursday am(3 business days which since we considered it a non-emergency we were ok with that) Luckily the weather was only on the 80s until they could schedule us in.
Manny was on time and super helpful. We had a lot of questions about the system, being new new owners at this address. He answered everything clearly and offered suggestions too. He diagnosed the issue in just a few minutes and showed us the damaged part. He did a full
Maintenance visit too which saved us another visit charge, that was appreciated as well.
The maintenance program seems to be a no-brainer to sign up for. We did.
We just had a routine maintenance call with a Jack Lehr representative. His name was Heebee and as usual we received excellent professional service with a smile. It's great to see someone doing a job well that they seem to love. Heebee was very friendly and respectful of my home both inside and out.
We have had excellent service and maintenance from Jack Lehr since we replaced our entire HVAC system with them a few years ago. The system is much more efficient than my previous system and most of all changing the filter is the easiest it's ever been. I am very happy that we chose Jack Lehr and signed up for their maintenance plan. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC system.
