We hand a mini split system installed two years ago. The installation, system and customer service are excellent. The install comes with annual servicing and Heebee came earlier this week. He was very helpful and checked all the units and the outdoor unit. I believe that since they are employee owned that they really take pride in their work. If you are looking to get rid of a dirty expensive oil burner this is the company to call!

We had a new furnace and heat pump installed last year. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The system has run flawlessly.
The user-friendly thermostat they installed works great, and even has an app, so you can easily control the thermostat from your phone.
The Daikin furnace that we installed utilizes 20 x 23 x 1" filters, which is an odd size, so you have to order them online. Not available at Lowe's or Home Depot.

Steve did an outstanding job when he came out to our house for routine maintenance on our heat pump. While he was here, i asked him for a quote to add a GFCI outlet and a condensate pump to our air handler unit. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough every step of the way.
