Steve, who serviced our home was very polite, punctual and nice. He explained everything as far as packages are concerned. He put boots on to make sure home stay clean. He explained everything and answered all our questions.
Everyone we worked with was patient and helpful from the salesperson (Matt) to the technicians who installed our system (Travis, Matt and Hunter). They were very respectful and made sure everything was working and had answered all our questions before they left.
I have been a customer of Jack Lehr for over 15 years and value their excellent service. They initially replaced my whole HVAC system including the water heater and it has been operating well ever since. Recently, their technicians, Josiah and Alex performed my semiannual service. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Thanks to the Jack Lehr HVAC team. Matt, Mike, Scott, Travis and Todd arrived at my house on time and with 5 Jack Lehr work trucks!! The job was to pull out an old 2004 AC compressor and air handler and replace it with a new and much more efficient HVAC system. They also had to add 3 returns in the bedrooms and rewire the electric. The guys were friendly and had obviously worked together as a team. Each of them polite professionals. They explained the work plan, prepped the floors with tarps and went to work. The guys finished up the same day leaving the house clean and giving us full operational instructions. A thorough, professional job by the team. Thanks again.
We had a great experience with Jack Lehr and highly recommend them! Our AC/ heat pump broke and Jack Lehr was among multiple companies we received quotes from. Matt was extremely nice and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us into signing anything or making an instant decision. On install day Travis, Mike and Ajay were awesome! They answered all of my questions, took the time to show us everything and explain how everything works.
