We have had a great experience with Jack Lehr over the years. Quinton was personable, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Jack Lehr.
3 years ago, Jack Lehr replaced my oil-based heating system and old central air system with an electric-only air source heat pump that does both heating and cooling, and uses our existing duct work (which saved a lot of cost). They picked a perfectly sized system for our house, the installation was very professional and smooth, and the system has been working perfectly. As part of our maintenance plan, Jack Lehr send people out twice a year to service and inspect the system. Apart from the system working perfectly and saving us a lot of money over the old separate heat and cool systems (not to mention the yard not smelling of diesel in the winter, and getting the 500 gallon diesel tank out of our basement), the biannual service visits are always a pleasant experience, with knowledgeable, competent and very respectful service people. Most recently Quinton did our latest service, and he was professional, did the work quickly and well, tidy, put shoe covers on when in the house, communicated everything before and during the visit, and was very nice and easy to talk to. Nothing but good things to say so far about this company!
Dane and Jordy called 30 min prior to arrival - 7:30am on New Years Eve. Then arrived exactly at 8. Dane had previously serviced my unit and was familiar with my furnace. They both did a very thorough job and went through detail findings with me. I feel I am in very good hands with all of the Jack Lehrer crew, including the wonderful office staff. Thank you all!

I had Zack come service both of my units on January 2. Zack was very knowledgeable, clean, respectful. He answered all the questions that I had. He worked in a timely manner was very polite and I'm very pleased with his performance.
I highly recommend Zack to anyone. And I will request him the next time my units need service. I've been with Jack Lehr Heating & Cooling for over 20 years. And this is one of the main reasons why I stay with them. The customer service is outstanding from The people answering the phones to the technicians that come out to the homes.
