Jack Lehr repaired our old Central air unit in Spring 2024 with no pressure to immediately replace. We opted to replace it and add a mini split in Spring 2025. When there was a manufacturer related issue with the mini split they got someone out to assess it right away. We were kept in the loop with regular updates at the tried to get a replacement part. When the manufacturer was taking too long they opted to replace the entire unit. Eddie and Todd did an amazing job with the replacement. Their top notch customer service is rare to find these days.
Travis, Alex, hunter, Matt b, Joel and Matt f all were professional and install my new HVAC system in 8 hours. Worked well together and a bunch of nice guys overall. I would recommend them to anyone.
Outstanding maintenance call for our HVAC system with Shaun. We have been using Jack Lehr for twenty plus years. Their team is always warm, reliable, and professional. Today's call with Shaun went above and beyond. He was conscientious, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained his work and took extra time to make sure everything was done right.
The technician was very thorough performing all the steps to insure the system was functioning properly for cooling and heating. He was very courteous and explained exactly what service was required. He changed the filter, cleaned everything up and left. Very nice man, thanks Jordy.

From the install of a new system a number of years ago to the twice yearly maintenance program Jack Lehr Heating Cooling and Electric have been there for us. Their team are always responsive and professional and have kept our system in tip top shape. I do recommend.
Just had a routine maintenance performed by Manny for Spring of 2026. Top notch technician. Pointed out an issue of immediate concern and one needing attention in the not too distant future. I decided to fix both at this time. Still impressed with the service of Jack Lehr HVAC.

Excellent service! Manny called to say that he was on the way. He arrived at the scheduled time. He was friendly and polite. He completed the servicing if our three heat pumps within the scheduled time, and he gave us a rundown of what he did. Thank you!
Quinton and Jake are courteous and performed all the requisite tests to assure us of a worry free air conditioning season.
