I had an excellent experience with Jack Lehr Heating Cooling & Electric, and especially with our heating technician Manny (Manpreet). From the start, it was very easy and convenient to schedule an appointment, and they were able to find a time quickly for a repair, which was especially reassuring with a severe storm approaching.
Manny did a fantastic job diagnosing the heating issues in our home and performed a very thorough check of our existing heating and HVAC system. What really stood out was how clearly and thoughtfully he explained everything. He walked me through the system, outlined potential repairs, and helped prioritize which issues needed urgent attention versus which could safely be addressed later.
With the storm approaching, Manny was able to get our heating system back up and running just in time, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. He was professional, polite, and took the time to make sure I fully understood what was going on and what our options were.

My service technician, Noah, arrived on time. Noah took time to make sure I understood what he was doing and why. We discussed any issues we were having. He spent several hours doing a complete winter service as part of my annual maintenance policy. We have been completely satisfied with their service. Every technician has been knowledgeable and courteous.
Had Shaun & Dane here today for HVAC Winter maintenance. They were friendly & knowledgeable. Two parts needed to be replaced. They performed the work thoroughly and retested everything to make sure the new parts worked.
They also cleaned up and left the place as they found it. It was a very positive exoerience and we requested that they are the team that comes back for our Summer maintenance.

We've used Jack Lehr for five years. Today Dane and Shaun came to do annual maintenance on our furnace and humidifier. They were so polite and explained what they were doing. They were also knowledgeable and respectful of our home as they did their work. I definitely recommend them!
