Sam called before coming and arrived punctually. He quickly got to work cleaning and servicing the air ex-changer unit. He then set the thermostat to the needed cooling position and proceeded outside to check and clean the outside unit. At all times he worked independently and was no bother to either my wife or myself. He did a good job. He is a polite young man whom we feel has a promising future.
Ty was on time, friendly, efficient, and answered any questions I had.

Joe came out to our place in the winter to give an estimate on a heating system. His was one of Three estimates provided. Though we went with another provider with a system which was more suitable for our home, Joe was extremely professional and responded quickly to our questions. Even when we advised him we were going with someone else he remained in contact to offer an assistance we might have needed. I feel this needs to be mentioned as to the character of their employees even when they don't get the business. Well done
