I had Jack Lehr Do the installation on my heat pump 11 years ago and over that time I have had other service maintenance by other companies. Jack Lehr is the most thorough service provider and continue to use them.
Technician was pleasant and checked my HVAC unit and replaced the filter and everything was in order. I find this company to be helpful when HVAC matters are needed. I recommend them for residential HVAC.
We recently had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced by Jack Lehr. We were very pleased with everyone we had contact with! Matt, our comfort advisor was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions promptly. The ladies in the office were very friendly as well! The installers were professional and did a super job with installation and cleaning up! They answered all our questions and did a great job explaining our new system to us. Jack Lehr Heating Cooling and Electric is an excellent business that cares about their customers!!!

the service technician was very professional and informative. they came back and double checked something that i thought i needed to get replaced. come too find out i was wrong and they didnt charge me anything for the second visit.
