THIS IS TRULY A FIVE STAR +++++ COMPANY. I HAD GAS HOT DAWG HEATER INSTALLED IN MY GARAGE. INSTALLERS WERE COURTEOUS, NEAT, & HIGHLY EFFICIENT AS THEY INSTALLED MY UNIT IN ABOUT HALF A DAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING & AREN'T OUT TO ROB YOU AS THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES!!!
My heat pump system began having a few issues after 6 years of continuous service. A call to Jack Lehr and a service appointment was set up.
Technician (Darren) arrived on time. He was familiar with the equipment he was there to service. He had all of the repair parts needed for the job on the truck with him. He performed the repair and maintenance procedures needed to get the system running better than ever. While on-site, he took care to keep the job clean and tidy.
I can frankly say that I am fully satisfied with my experience with Jack Lehr, from the purchase and installation of our system, to the repair and maintenance support we are receiving. I went with Lehr originally based on word-of-mouth recommendation from a friend. I am happy I did.
They were very responsive to our need to have someone look at the heating problem. When scheduled, they arrived on-time to complete the assessment and then the follow-up work. I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean they made the area before they left. So glad we picked them to install our new furnace system!
Caleb Erwin is a wonderful technician. He is professional, cordial, and knowledgeable about his work. He is most thorough in his diagnostics and he explains fully regarding the cost of the job. Caleb went out of his way to assist us in related matters that previous technicians never did.
Jack Lehr was the original supplier of our HVAC equipment 37years ago. Although I went out to other suppliers for a replacement Jack Lehr still provided the best equipment for the price. I have had Jack Lehr under yearly contract and am well satisfied
