Our Tech Tim kept us informed with our heating pump maintenance, he was thorough with the inspection an alerted us with an issue that if not resolved it would cause further damage.

Our 22 year old Trane AC unit died and Jack Lehr was quick to come out the next day to diagnose our issue. As suspected our system was obsolete and not fixable (it didn't owe us anything!) and the same day we were able to get a quote for a new system which included a heat pump. They are a Trane dealer which was our priority. Matthew was very thorough and answered all our questions. We were able to get our new system installed in two weeks. The work crew was punctual, friendly and very professional. They knew their stuff and cleaned up after themselves. Since we already have duct work, the job was completed within one day. I can't give enough accolades to express how pleased I am with their job! If you are looking for a quality, professional and honest job, I highly recommend that you contact Jack Lehr.
