Steve from Jack Lehr performed my prepaid maintenance on my Daikin heat pump system. He was here about 2 hours performing all the necessary maintenance requirements which are quite involved. He was very professional and personable. When I scheduled the appointment, the office personnel set up the approximate time that the technician will be arriving, which should be between 1-3 pm. She said he would call when he is close by. Steve did in fact call when he was five minutes away and then he arrived about 1:30 timeframe. He introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. After completion he said everything is working just fine. I signed the electronic paperwork which stated everything that Steve did and he was on his way. This was a very good experience. I look forward to meeting Steve again next year for my annual maintenance.

We had a great experience with Manny from Jack Lehr today. He was knowledgeable about the system and was able to answer all of our questions. He was also very respectful of our home, which was greatly appreciated with it heavily raining this morning. We have had Kack Lehr for a while and only now felt this specific technician deserved praise and recognition.
