My technician was Noah. He explained the service he would be performing on the unit and kept me informed along the way. He also provided suggestions to make the unit keep running efficiently which I did not hesitate to agree with and will implement.

Noah serviced our Heat Pump and AprilAire Humidifier as part of our service contract. He is very knowledgeable, personable and competent. His willingness to understand any concerns, address them and solve them is very valuable. He helped us understand how to keep on top of changing filters to keep our units running at peak performance and how to prevent mice from finding a home in our heat pump!! Excellent service today!!!
Have always had very good experiences with jack lehr. From installation of my new system to visits yearly to check the system. Today a technician named Zack came to my house for my yearly check up. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks Zack! Great company to work with. I highly recommend.
