Ryan Belcastro from Jack Lehr preformed our bi annual service as he has in the past. We are so happy with this technician. He is very professional and sure to address every detail when cleaning and preforming maintenance on each of our units. Ryan explains what he is doing and showed us how to set the controls to make the unit most efficient. He cleans up as he works and is very pleasant. Ryan is most certainly an asset to Jack Lehr. Thank you Ryan for another great experience this year.

I had a full ac/hump pump reinstall done by Jack Lehr, including replacing all ductwork and running new supplies to additional areas of the home.
I contacted three other businesses for estimates (Hannaberry, Werley, and Deiter Bros), and Jack Lehr was far and away the best.
My salesperson was Matt Haas, and he was outstanding. The consultation was clear, and he educated us on all the ins and outs. When he provided the estimates, he included multiple options and recommendations so we could make the best choice for us.
My installers were Travis, Matt, Hunter, and Carlos. They did an outstanding job. They were on time, clean, and respectful. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. I wish these guys did more than HVAC so I could hire them for other projects. I highly recommend them.
Service person was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Clearly explained adjustments made to address an issue and provided additional information about furnace filter efficiency.

I walked into my business today and realized our AC wasn't operational. I called my normal HVAC company and got no response. I looked into our parking lot and saw a Jack Lehr truck servicing another business close by. I called their office and they were super efficient and got the technician over to my space for repairs after he was done. He came in and got my system back up and running efficiently within an hr. Talk about them being at the right place at the right time! Ryan did a great job and was super helpful! Thank you for the excellent service!
