Dario my tech was right on time ,clean neat friendly, and most importantly he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing,my heat/ac are working perfectly if more stars was an option id give more lol , I recommend this company to anyone needing services in hvac
Jack Lehr is there best ! Ryan was our technician for our heat pump service and explained why a part wasn't working and even showed me they part. His explanations were clear and Our service call with him gave security in knowing our equipment is working well . Office staff is equally great. They work with you on scheduling when you have a tough work agenda and don't work close to home. Diane
Scott and Todd just left, and I couldn't be happier with the installation process. They installed a new heat pump with a new air handler unit. They worked clean and they worked quiet. I was working at home all day and barely heard them. I also appreciate having someone with some experiemce install the system. These guys have been at this for a long time and they know what they're doing. So far, the system is working well.
Our technician today was actually a little early. He was professional in every way. Pleasant, knowledgeable, great work ethic. The maintenance was done efficiently and explained results upon completing. Very satisfied

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Travis, Ajay, Mike and Hunter were the installers who installed our new heat pump system. They were a very nice, professional and pleasant team that worked well together. They were very informative with every step of the way. From the very beginning with the salesman, Matt, to the complete installation, everything went very smoothly. We have been doing business with Jack Lehr for over 14 years and never had a problem. The Jack Lehr company has a highly reputable group of employees from the ladies that answer the phone, I usually speak to Tanna, sorry if I misspelled your name, to Josiah who has been maintaining our system over the past few years, to salesman Matt and the installers Travis, Ajay, Mike and Hunter.
