Mark, the technician performed a thorough check of our HVAC system. He noticed the air handler in the attic was leaking air. He took care of the issue. Our system seems to be working better and more efficiently now than it was before. The heat pump is running less. Plus he took the time to replace our filter. Very happy with Mark and with Jack Lehr as a company.
6month maintenance on my ductless units. Was on time, very professional and explained everything he would be doing.
Electrician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem, leaving to get needed parts and returning to install them the same day. He did a find job of cleaning up after his work.
