During a yearly check up of my A/C system ( 29 years old), it was found to be failing. Ryan, the service tech, was very thorough in explaining my options. I had many questions, and he carefully and patiently took the time necessary to make sure that my questions were answered thoroughly and that I fully understood the existing system problems and the workings of the newer systems (brands, etc). and their efficiencies. I made the decision to replace both A/C and heating systems. Ryan referred me to Matt, the sales rep, who furthered my and helped with my final decision. Installation was scheduled in less than a week and took a little less than 1 day to complete. The 4 member installation team arrived at the scheduled time and each one was pleasant, courteous and professional.When finished, they took the time necessary to make sure that I understood how to operate my new control panel. In a few days, Matt called to follow up and answer any questions. The sterling reputation of the Jack Lehr Company goes without saying, and I feel extremely comfortable with everyone that I have come in contact with and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering anything from a service contract to the purchase of a new system.
Our techs for our winter maintenance check were very professional & explained things in detail. The receptionist is always very nice, friendly and accommodating. We were also able to have our appointment moved up early, which was convenient!
Jack Lehr has supplied, maintained and installed my HVAC over these 45+ years. Always reliable, on time and professional.
