During one of the coldest days in January, 4 men from Jack Lehr heating and cooling arrived , as scheduled, early in the morning to replace my furnace and replace an existing outdoor air conditioning compressor. By mid afternoon they had completed their work. The men, Ajay, Todd, Travis and Matt were professional, technically knowledgeable, very polite and worked hard to restore heat. They also left the house in a very clean condition. Thanks.

The Jack Lehr techs, Dane and Manny were on time, very friendly and listened to what needed to be done. They were very concerned about being clean about the house and attic and respectful of the plant material around the heat pump. I enjoyed talking to them about the work they did and their positive attitude!
Jack Lehr installed a Daikin Fit Enhanced System in my home, including duct work. In this day of incompetence and poor service this company is truly professional. Todd, Scott, Matt, John, and Clint were outstanding! It was a pleasure working with them. They were skilled, knowledgeable, and precise. This installation crew showed great respect for my home and property, as they laid drop cloths everywhere, wore booties, and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was finished. They paid attention to detail. They also explained the operation of the system and answered all my question's and concerns. I would highly recommend Jack Lehr and would not hesitate to use them again. It's nice to see a company that displays good old fashion work ethic and customer oriented service. My wife and I found it a pleasure to work with the Jack Lehr team, from start to finish.
