I signed up for a heating / cooling maintenance plan. The technician identified several problem spots with the ac system at the first annual check. He took photos and explained the issues. When I said I wanted to follow up, he sent a quote with prices for each separate repair. We scheduled the repairs in a few weeks. The company sent texts and an email to remind me of the appointment. The technician came on time. A second technician helped him level the outside unit. They were polite, friendly and professional. For the last few years, the system could not keep the house cool to match our chosen setting of 76 degrees. Now the air is working well and can handle the setting. We are very pleased

We have been using Jack Lehr for several years now, and are on a contract with them to come out twice a year for our HVAC Unit maintenance for our heating and cooling, and also our hot water tank. I can honestly say I have never had any issues with them. Every single technician that has ever come here has been extremely professional, kind, considerate of our property, and explains any needed repairs or recommendations for repairs in a way that I can understand. I would never consider switching companies because their service is top notch! Highly recommend them.

Trevor Herman was the technician that came today to service our air conditioning system for Summer use. Trevor was very professional and knowledgeable in the work he performed. He was respectful, and answered all of my questions. Trevor represents Jack Lehr very positively,
and I surely will request him to come in the Fall to service my heating system for the Winter.

The technician called back after 15 minutes. He said he'd be here within 3 to 4 hours it was less. I have never seen a company like this one to have A+ customer service during a heating system failure. Five stars and kudos to you and to your employees. The Lehigh Valley has an outstanding business and Jack Lehr is one of the top five businesses in responsive and repair maintenance during emergencies like we are experiencing now with the cold. I've only experienced this once before and that was with a contractor that rebuilt the basement through State Farm insurance. Kudos to you Jack for your incredible service and response.
