We've been using Jack Lehr for 4 years now and we've always been pleased with the service. Our tech Noah was knowledgeable and respectful, and made sure to go over each unit and their condition thoroughly before he left. We'd be happy to have him again!
Always great service from Jack Lehr. Recently Manny came out for my annual furnace maintenance. He was very thorough, very polite and pointed out potential issues. I'd be glad for Manny to return for next year's maintenance.

Today they sent Manny, who turned out to be a fine young man who was efficient, cordial, and most likely will occupy much more elevated professional positions given his superior communications skills and pleasant manner. If this seems overkill, it's partly based on comparison with other workers who have been hired to repair or inspect other aspects of our units. It was a pleasure having someone working in my apartment who took his work and interactions seriously.
