The technician, Keenan, who came to our house was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He had our furnace up and running in a short period of time. I highly recommend Jack Lear for any of your HVAC and water heater needs. From the office staff to the technician it was a pleasant experience.
Josiah did a great job with our maintenance visit. He was at the house for several hours and communicated with us frequently about how things were going. He was able to find some wires in our unit that had been chewed by mice and repaired them while he was there. Highly recommend this company!
Johnathan serviced my dehumidifier today 1/28/25. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also offered the yearly maintenance program to me which I purchased. Johnathan at that point was available to do a combustion service on my gas furnace. So, kudos to Johnathan as he was able to start a service contract while accomplishing two services in one maintenance visit. A very good use of time resulting in a satisfied customer. Please give Johnathan recognition for his efforts.
