Just had my bi-annual system check. The system is running great! Jack Lehr's system maintenance plan is a good deal. The maintenance crew does a great job. Noah did the work today. He's knowledgeable, courteous, and does great work! He and Jack Lehr get 5 stars from me!

Today they sent Manny, who turned out to be a fine young man who was efficient, cordial, and most likely will occupy much more elevated professional positions given his superior communications skills and pleasant manner. If this seems overkill, it's partly based on comparison with other workers who have been hired to repair or inspect other aspects of our units. It was a pleasure having someone working in my apartment who took his work and interactions seriously.
Just had our regular service appointment. Everything went well. Quinton was courteous and respectful. He communicated well everything he was doing checking.
Noah arrived on time, was personable, polite, and thorough. He explained everything in detail and even reset the clock on the thermostat to the correct time. He answered any questions I had. It was the best service call I have had in the time I have been with Jack Lehr.
